Ziel
Meine Arbeit erforscht jene Grenzziehungen, die Ausstellungsstrukturen definieren. Ich versuche, die Kategorien von "Kurator" und "Galerie" in eine neue Beziehung zueinander zu setzen, und zwar in einem tatsächlich oppositionellen Dialog mit dem traditionellen "white cube".

Beschreibung
Ich liefere ein komplettes Environment für die Ausstellung des Werkes anderer Künstler, in dem ihr Werk zu meinem und meines zu ihrem Werk wird. Mit "totalem Environment" meine ich, dass meine Arbeit spezifisch für den jeweiligen Ausstellungsraum konzipiert ist. Diese von mir der Galerie gelieferten totalen Environments sind gleichzeitig eigenständige Ausstellungsobjekte - eine Ausstellung inmitten einer Ausstellungsumgebung - und ein Vehikel für das Werk der anderen.

Zusammenfassung
Als Künstlerin schaffe ich ein Kunstwerk. Als Kuratorin kuratiere ich das Werk anderer Künstler innerhalb meines Kunstwerks. Meine Kunst wird zur "Galerie innerhalb einer Galerie", und die Galerie wird zu einem Kunstwerk. Damit versuche ich eine Art Kunst mit einer wechselseitigen Schöpfungs- und Ausstellungsstruktur zu schaffen, in der diese Kategorien wechselseitig ihren Platz einnehmen und miteinander verschmelzen.

Objective
My work explores the boundaries that define exhibition structures. I seek to put the categories of curator and gallery into a new relationship with each other, and therefore in a positively oppositional dialogue with the traditional "white cube"

Description I provide a total environment for the exhibition of other people's work, in which their work becomes my work, and my work theirs. By total environment I mean that the work which I construct is specific to the exhibition space. These total environments provided by me for the gallery are simultaneously exhibits in their own right--an exhibition within an exhibition area--as well a vehicle for the works of others.

Summary
As an artist, I make an art work. As a curator, I curate other people's work within my art work. My art work becomes a gallery within a gallery, and the gallery becomes an art work. In this way I seek to create an art with a reciprocating creation and exhibition structure, in which categories displace and integrate with each other.
